Booking Fees

Oaza Aesthetics strive to provide a professional service at competitive prices and request that patients attend on time to all appointments.

New Patients

A £30 non-refundable booking fee is charged to secure your first appointment which is redeemable against treatments or products within 2 months of your consultation date.

The booking fee is non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment or choose to not go ahead with treatment for personal reasons.

Cancellation, failure to arrive for appointments, and late arrival
You must give two working days’ notice in advance of your appointment to cancel or reschedule any appointments, failure to do this will result in a cancellation fee of £30.

Please note that cancellations or rescheduling appointments can only be made online or by telephoning the Clinic during clinic opening hours.

Appointments cannot be rescheduled online within the 48 time period.
