Refund & Cancellation policy
No cancellations or changes are allowed within 2 days of the appointment.
You accept that under no circumstance will refunds be given for any procedure.
You accept that you are responsible for cancelling or rescheduling any appointments at least 48 hours beforehand.
You accept that if you have failed to attend an appointment without following the correct cancellation policy you will be liable to pay 50% of the treatment cost.
All deposits paid will be non-refundable & non-transferable to another patient.
All deposits can be moved to a rescheduled appointment if the new appointment was created at least 48 hours prior to the original appointment.
